In-Store Appointments


As we enter Phase Two of Virginia's reopening, customers can continue to shop in-store by appointment. We have limited walk-in visits that will be dependent on the number of customers in the store. To ensure a safe shopping environment for our staff and our customers, our approach to Phase Two will be similar to our Phase One approach.  We require that our staff and our customers wear facial coverings that fully cover the mouth and nose while in the store. Our staff will use disinfectants on all high-touch areas between customers throughout the day. The doors will remain open as long as there are fewer than 10 customers in the store. If we reach capacity, we will lock the doors and there may be a brief wait to enter the store. There may be longer waiting periods on Saturdays as that day of the week tends to be our busiest. Again, booking a 30-minute appointment will guarantee your time in the store.

Please Note: Appointments are scheduled through the Calendly App using the link at the bottom of this page. We are not able to book appointments by phone or email.


The In-Store Experience

2. Customers will be required to wear a facial covering before entering the store. The facial coverings or masks must cover your nose and mouth during the entire visit. We have disposable masks available if you do not have a mask.

3. Running Etc. will provide hand sanitizer and vinyl gloves at the time of arrival. The vinyl gloves are available at no cost if you'd prefer to wear gloves while inside the store.

4. Our staff will work one-on-one with each customer throughout their visit.

5. To minimize "touch" on footwear presentations, we will present 3 options for each customer and we will present the color options before trying on the shoes.


We understand that there are customers who want to shop in a more controlled environment, and there are some customers who are uncomfortable in the stores. We are diligently cleaning and taking precautions to ensure the safest environment that we can deliver. We will continue to offer the following services for your comfort level, safety, and convenience.

1. Phone-in orders and curbside delivery for customers who know what they need.

2. Phone consultations.

3. Zoom meetings for consultations and recommendations.
