General Info
What is the Running Etc. Ambassador Program?
Our ambassador program brings together passionate runners and walkers to represent Running Etc. in the community. As an ambassador, you’ll promote our brand, engage with fellow runners, and share your love of the sport.
What do I get for signing up?
All new ambassadors receive a free technical shirt and the opportunity to earn points throughout the year that can be redeemed for gift certificates. Signing up is free and our ambassador program does not cost anything.
Who can apply?
We welcome runners and walkers of all abilities and levels of racing experience. Applications are accepted throughout the year.
How long does my membership last?
Ambassador membership runs through December 31, 2025. You'll need to reapply each year to continue on the team.
Earning Points
How do I earn points?
Points are earned by participating in designated events while wearing a Running Etc. branded top. You must submit your attendance through the official Ambassador Event Form to receive points.
What qualifies as a “branded top”?
Hats, beanies, visors, or other accessories do not qualify

How do I submit my participation?
After attending a qualifying event, submit the Running Etc. Ambassador Event Form within 30 days. Be sure to use the same email address each time, as your points are tracked by your email.
How do I find qualifying races to run or volunteer?
Checkout our event calendar of races here. Just about every race on there qualifies. Click on a race to find volunteer opportunities.
What qualifies as a club run?
Checkout a list of local run clubs here. Special group events will also qualify (e.g. Global Running Day)
Can I still be an ambassador if I don’t wear the branded top?
Yes! You're still part of the team. However, you will only earn points when representing Running Etc. by wearing an approved branded top at qualifying events.
Rewards and Redemption
What do I get for earning points?
For every 500 points you accumulate, you’ll receive a $25 Running Etc. gift certificate by mail.
Do my points reset?
Yes. Once you redeem a reward at 500 points, your point total resets and you can start earning toward your next certificate.
Is there a limit on how many gift cards I can earn?
No! You can earn as many as you'd like.
Policies and Expectations
What is expected of ambassadors?
Ambassadors are expected to represent Running Etc. in a positive and respectful manner at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in points refusal or removal from the team.
Can the program rules change?
Yes. Running Etc. reserves the right to modify program details and conditions at any time.
