Details - Justin Simonitsch, as part of a Community Health Nursing class project, will be presenting about running safely during low light times of the day. Justin will share his experience from a few years ago where he sustained significant injuries after being hit by a car while out on a run during a low light time of day. Justin never thought something like this could happen to him and wants to share his story with other runners. He desires to make other runners aware of precautions they can take for running safely during low light times of the day. He will provide some of the tips he has learned from his experience.
